Alexius has worked on the following projects in Latin America and the Caribbean:
- CARICOM Virtual Secretariat
- Alexius helped CARICOM - RNM develop a virtual space for many regional offices to meet and discuss trade policy and negotiations.
- Case Tracking System & Property Automation
- Alexius worked with the Nicaraguan government to streamline the process of compensating people for land that was nationalized during the Sandinista administration.
- Chamber of Commerce Web Strategy
- Feasibility Study for a Criminal Case Tracking System
- Alexius developed a system to automate Nicaragua's criminal case tracking system.
- Habitat for Humanity In-Depth ICT Diagnosis
- Alexius performed a nationwide diagnostic determining the most immediate technology threats to Habitat's operations in Guatemala.
- Labor Inspection Case Tracking System
- Alexius worked with the Guatemalan Ministry of Labor to create a Labor Inspection Case Tracking System which expedited the compilation and analysis of labor data.

- LMI Colombia
- Alexius helped expand telecommunications access into rural Colombia, which helps institutionalize democracy and involve people in the nation's economy.
- LMI Ecuador
- Alexius partnered with USAID to deploy a high speed Internet connectivity through the Credit Union network in order to service rural communities.
- LMI Guatemala
- In this project, Alexius created the Oportunet brand, under which micro-telcos operate. Through this, rural communities gained access to telecommunications, which then delivered new social and economic opportunities to those communities.
- LMI Paraguay
- LMI-Paraguay provided internet access to 100 organizations throughout Paraguay, before the private sector brought internet access to them, in order to help them learn how to maximize the community benefits of internet access.
- LMI Peru
- Alexius and partners deployed one of the first micro-telcos in Peru, giving various organizations internet access. After seeing the vast development potential, the Peruvian government allocated more funds to create more micro-telcos in rural areas.
- Micro-Telco in a Box
- An integrated kit composed of basic telecommunication hardware and a set of Open Source applications and platforms.
- Ministry of Health Project Evaluation: Financial System Integration
- Alexius performed a performance review for the Honduran Ministry of Health and provided recommendations for the implementation of a financial administrative system.
- Ministry of Labor Initiative, Guatemala
- Alexius helped modernize the Ministry of Labor in order to create a more efficient, knowledgeable office.
- Open Source Centro-America
- Alexius helped set up a regional partnership to increase awareness of open source software and create a forum on management and technology.
- Open Source Integrated Back Office
- Alexius helps organizations with limited budgets set up Open Source applications and platforms in order to create reliable, sustainable service.
- Open Source Migration
- Alexius worked with the Ministry of Labor in Guatemala to implement a sustainable solution to its information systems platforms, implementing Open Source software with extensive training sessions. Through this, the Ministry has a sustainable cost structure and licensed software, allowing it to better serve Guatemala.
- PAK-IT
- The PAK-IT Project compiled a portable set of state-of-the-art technology in order to support demonstrations aimed at increasing the awareness and education of USAID development professionals, leading to more efficient interactions and business practices and thus more effective aid work.
- Portal and E-Government Development
- Alexius worked with the Ministry of Labor in Guatemala to deploy an extranet portal with documents such as labor laws, which allows the Ministry to better serve Guatemalans.
