Public/Private Partnerships

Development requires more than the leveraging of the  international donor community and multilateral financial institutions. It also needs the participation of the private sector on  local and global levels.  Through leveraging private sector actors in conjunction with government entities, meaningful and sustainable strides in development objectives can be achieved.  It is the contributions and investments of a true partnership between private and public sectors that meet the development challenge, whether that is the deployment of telecommunication infrastructure, build-out of energy grids, provision of financial services, or the transformation of university systems.

This is a key component to giving both our short and long-term projects a lasting bond within the portales-004.jpgcommunity.  By encouraging these partnerships, Alexius recognizes that there are strengths and weaknesses in all organizations, and by harnessing the strengths of each stakeholder we create the best possible combination of resources and skill sets for each project.  Public and private partnerships also highlight the focus Alexius places on collaboration and gaining long term buy-in to improve the quality of life in a region, as well as on ensuring sustainability.  Alexius enables local and global businesses to interact and work with governmental agencies and the citizenry, and thus establish healthy partnerships which encourage constant growth within an area.  It is in the architecting of these partnerships and qualifying what each stakeholder can best contribute to the alliance that you will find Alexius serving as an honest broker.
