work, Alexius has had the opportunity to build financial services across the entire value chain, such as: core national financial networks, interbank payment systems, integration into the global payments network SWIFT, establishing credit bureaus, and retail level electronic payment systems.

Our consultants have experience with the following financial services-based projects:
- CARICOM Virtual Secretariat
- Alexius helped CARICOM - RNM develop a virtual space for many regional offices to meet and discuss trade policy and negotiations.
- Central Bank of Armenia Network
- Alexius created an interbank communication network allowing for secure electronic transactions among financial institutions.
- Credit Bureau- Central Bank of Armenia
- Alexius partnered with USAID to help the Central Bank of Armenia create a corporate credit registry for commercial entities in Armenia.
- Interbank Payment System
- Alexius helped establish an interbank payment system for Armenia's financial institutions.
- National Smart Card Retail Payment System
- Alexius helped plan and implement a credit/debit card system for Armenia, allowing for increased business transactions and from that increased economic growth.
- Open Source Migration
- Alexius worked with the Ministry of Labor in Guatemala to implement a sustainable solution to its information systems platforms, implementing Open Source software with extensive training sessions. Through this, the Ministry has a sustainable cost structure and licensed software, allowing it to better serve Guatemala.
- PRONACOM Competitiveness Diagnostic
- Alexius worked with PRONACOM and the Guatemalan ICT Cluster to define gaps in competitiveness in local and international markets.
- Public Ministry Financial-Accounting System
- Alexius worked with the Public Ministry in Honduras to update their financial-accounting system, allowing them to have better knowledge of and more efficiently use their financial resources.
- Public Ministry: Institutional ICT Strategic Plan
- Alexius assisted the Public Ministry of Honduras in developing its first Master ICT Strategic Plan in order to sustainably develop an ICT infrastructure.
- SWIFT
- Alexius provided Armenia's first connection to SWIFT, which allows Armenia and its banks to participate more fully in the global community as well as operate more efficiently.
